You will need to provide: 

• 500g Strong white or bread flour

• £1.00

 

You will also need to provide your choice of toppings

to enhance the flavour and appearance. Choose 2-3

of the following:

• Olives

• Artichoke hearts in oil

• Sun dried or fresh tomatoes

• Fresh rosemary

• Mozzarella cheese

• Anchovies

• Peppers

• Onion

• Streaky bacon

• Any dried cured meat e.g. proscuitto

 

Room 6 will be providing: 

• Salt

• Sugar

• Olive oil

• Mixed Herbs

• Yeast

Items such as artichoke hearts and olives sound expensive - A cheeky tip, pick them up from poundland or Aldi/Lidl at a fraction of the cost of most supermarkets!
