Lasagne

Using the pasta you guys made last week, we're going to be making a quick, light and full of flavour lasagne. Then we'll see how it compares to a ready-made lasagne from the supermarket, thinking about flavour, appearance and nutritional value.

 

You will need to provide:

  • 250-400g minced meat (beef or quorn) 

  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 1 small tub creme fraiche

  • 100g cheese

  • 50p for the foil containers to take your two lasagnes home in

 

Room 6 will be providing: 

  • Dried herbs

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Garlic

 

Optional Extras:

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Chorizo

  • Aubergine

  • Streaky bacon
