Lasagne
Using the pasta you guys made last week, we're going to be making a quick, light and full of flavour lasagne. Then we'll see how it compares to a ready-made lasagne from the supermarket, thinking about flavour, appearance and nutritional value.
You will need to provide:
- 
250-400g minced meat (beef or quorn)
 - 
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
 - 
1 onion
 - 
1 small tub creme fraiche
 - 
100g cheese
 - 
50p for the foil containers to take your two lasagnes home in
 
Room 6 will be providing:
- 
Dried herbs
 - 
Salt & Pepper
 - 
Red wine vinegar
 - 
Garlic
 
Optional Extras:
- 
Fresh rosemary
 - 
Chorizo
 - 
Aubergine
 - 
Streaky bacon
