Stromboli
For our penultimate cooking session we will be making this Italian classic. It's similar to a dish you may have heard of already - Calzone.
You will need to provide:
- 
200g strong white or plain flour
 - 
10g butter
 - 
30g tomato puree
 
You will also need to provide your choice of fillings. Choose 2-3 of the following:
- 
cheese (mozzarella works well)
 - 
peppers
 - 
onions
 - 
mushrooms
 - 
cured meat like pepporoni and proscuitto
 - 
olives
 - 
50p
 
Avoid toppings that contain alot of water like:
- 
Sweetcorn
 - 
pineapple
 
Room 6 will be providing:
- 
7g fast action dried yeast
 
I really wish we had a wood burning pizza oven, instead we will crank the ovens up high.
