So, this week we're going to take a wee break from being slaves to the stove and concentrate on a bit of the science behind food.

 

We all know that you shouldn't be eating McDonalds for breakfast, KFC for lunch and Burger King for tea, but do we really know WHY?? What is it that is found in these foods that make them dangerous to our health? And what might be a better diet for us to follow?
