No Meat, Mashy Top

Producing meat is expensive, and that cost is passed on to us, the shopper. With that in mind, it is always a good skill to have to be able to rustle up dishes without meat. Plus, not only is it kind to our pockets but a diet with plenty of veg is great for us in every way.

 

You will need to provide:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • 50g butter

  • 1 onion

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 sticks of celery

  • 1 tin of chickpeas

 

Room 6 will be providing: (Please bring 50p to cover the cost of these)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Ground coriander

  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1tbsp dried herbs

  • 1 stock cube

  • 2 x Foil Containers
