Welcome to Year 9 - Time to step it up a gear! 

So, the plan is not to cook this first week, but instead we're going to take a look at some of the 'behind the scenes' mise-en-place that goes into the Food & Hospitality Industry. After all, if you don't know the basics like safe food storage and keeping food out of the danger zone, you're running the risk of poisoning yourself and others!
