Choux Pastry

So, time to try something TOTALLY new - This cooking session will actually cover 2 weeks! The first session we will be making the most exquisite choux buns. Then we'll freeze these, so in the following week you can fill them.. 

 

For the first session you will need to provide: 

  • 50g Butter

  • 50ml Milk

  • 60g Flour

  • 2 eggs
