Choux Pastry Part 2

For this week, we'll be finishing off those epic choux buns from last week.

 

For this session you will need to provide: 

  • 200ml Double or whipping cream

  • 200g Dark Cocolate (Not dairy milk or galaxy! The oil content of these and most other milk chocolates will cause them to split, go lumpy and make them unusuable, so darker chocolate works better. I have had success with Asdas own value brand dark chocolate at 30p for 100g)

 

Optional Extras! 

  • Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Orange

  • Hundreds & Thousands
